Dr. Sumpter opened Winds of Change Cosmetic Surgery Specialists in Houston in January 2003.  Her staff includes a registered nurse who specializes in cosmetic injectables (Botox and fillers), a paramedical aesthetician who performs light and medical grade skin care treatments and an experienced office staff.  The office also sells Obagi and its own skin care line Winds of Change True, as well as Jane Iredale mineral makeup. The office offers free consultations for all non-insurance based treatments and procedures it offers.
